成都五冶钢瓶公司、中国第五冶金建设公司金属结构分公司、中国第五冶金建设公司第九工程分公司系中国第五冶金建设公司下属的国家一级企业，具有金属结构制作、安装、建筑工程施工及无缝气瓶、焊接气瓶、低温液体储存容器和一、二类压力容器的设计制造资格。

公司现有职工1170人，其中种类技术人员近200人，管理人员近200余人，拥有各类资产6000余万元，其中固定资产3000余万元。

公司下设瓶坯厂、气瓶厂、金属结构厂、机制厂、溶解乙炔气厂等五个生产厂和数个施工项目部。年产各种规格的无缝钢瓶15万支，焊接钢瓶1万台，一、二类压力容器1千吨，低温液体储存容器100台，钢结构制作安装1万吨，溶解乙炔气8万瓶，医用供氧气及微型焊接具各4千台。公司产品不仅满足了国内市场，还远销东南亚和中东地区，满足了国际市场的需求，受到了国内外用户的好评。

还拥有一支较强的建筑施工队伍和机械加工能力，年综合生产、施工能力达亿元以上。

多年来，公司始终奉行以质量求生存、以优质服务求信誉的宗旨，实行全面质量管理，严格按国家标准组织生产和施工，不断提高质量管理水平，使公司的主导产品“金盾”牌P15Mpa V40L无缝钢瓶多次评为四川省、冶金部的优质产品和四川省名牌产品，焊接钢瓶被评为四川省优质产品。另外，我公司制作安装的西航100米跨度机库网架工程荣获建设部“鲁班奖”，甘肃陇南关头坝180米钢结构大桥获冶金部优质产品奖。

公司自1986年原劳动部实行压力容器制造许可证制度开始就建立建全了质量保证体系，编制了质量保证手册，任命了质量工程师和各级责任人员，制定了各种管理制度和岗位责任制，从而保证了产品质量。1996年，公司又根据质量管理工作的需要，进行了ISO9002质量体系的认证工作，瓶于1997年取得了中国船级社质量认证公司的审查，取得了ISO9002质量体系认证证书，使公司的质量管理工作又上了一个新台阶。
